• Supervise and manage all operations and maintenance of utility equipment like Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Towers, Generators, AHUs, Mechanical ventilation systems, Fire protection systems, water systems and electrical systems in compliance with HSE (Health And Safety Executive).
• Supervise and manage multidisciplinary team on a day to day basis. Ensuring efficiency of onsite services and functions of all MEP systems.
• Assist in development of SOPs for operations, periodic checking/inspection and maintenance. • Execute and supervise PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance), breakdown maintenance and schedules of all relevant services.

• Designing of NET-METERING projects and help customers in completing the application to revise license of NEPRA.

• RND on making 2DOF Motion Base Platform for Vehicle Simulator.
• To manage the product called VR based Vehicle Simulator from its development till deployment at client’s end.
• Lead of a team that designed IOT Based Smart Pump. With your smartphone android application, you can control your water pump and monitor its status on your smartphone from anywhere in the world.
• Managing sales of Smart Pump and other RND projects through social media platforms.
